Riverland Link collects personal and business information directly from the Integrated Public Number Database (with the authority of the Australian Communications and Media Authority) and from entries & submissions made by individuals and businesses.
Using personal and business information
Your personal and business information is used solely for the purpose of producing a printed local Public Number Directory for the Riverland region of South Australia and listing on this website.
Where Riverland Link discloses your personal or business information to its agents or sub-contractors for these purposes, the agent or sub-contractor in question will be obligated to use that personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement.
In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere above, Riverland Link may disclose your personal or business information to the extent that it is required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights.
Business information may also be shared with, and displayed on, the Riverland App.

Contact us if you would like access to the information we hold about you. You will be required to provide proof of identity and submit and sign a written application. The only data or information that we share with any third party is with the printers of the printed Riverland Link directory, Notable Imprint, and it is only the data that is printed in the directory. And the personal or business information that is listed on this website was shared with our website designer to enable this website to be constructed.
